Shipping policy

Please please please double check the address that you enter into our system.  We will do our best to correct issues if it is in our control, but incorrect addresses will likely not be in our control.  We will always do whatever we can to ensure that you receive the products that you ordered, but natural disasters, theft, and trusting third parties that are multi-national corporations, etc. may not work out well.  Everything will be done in good faith with the intentions of getting you the products that you have ordered, but sometimes we will need your patience as the company grows.  Thank you for understanding that some things are out of our control and we cannot solve every problem, but we will help where we can.
